Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we partner directly with premium domestic suppliers to fulfill our collections, our returns process is optimized to be quick and efficient.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your package was delivered to request a return or refund. Items outside this 30-day window are unfortunately no longer eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Requirements for Returns
To qualify for a successful return and full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

It must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels still fully attached.

Certain items are strictly non-returnable due to health, hygiene, or personalization standards (e.g., personalized jewelry, custom engravings, intimate apparel, or opened beauty goods).
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Guaranteed Protection)
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item/quantity, we will make it right immediately.

Requirement: You must include your order number along with clear photographic or video proof of the damage or the incorrect item received. (Note: This visual proof is required by our fulfillment network to instantly approve and release your replacement or refund).

For verified damaged or incorrect items, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided to you at no cost.
4. Return Shipping for Buyer's Remorse
If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/style, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping label. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund if the package is lost in transit back to the fulfillment center.
5. How to Initiate a Return
Do not mail items back to the address listed on your shipping box. Our fulfillment grid utilizes multiple domestic warehouses, and sending an item to the wrong location will cause it to be rejected.

If approved, our team will provide you with the exact US Return Warehouse Address and a Return Authorization slip.

Pack the item securely and drop it off at your local carrier.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once the warehouse receives, inspects, and approves your returned item, we will notify you via email. Your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the balance to your account.
