Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Domestic Shipping Only (United States)

We focus exclusively on serving the United States market. We currently do not accept international orders, nor do we ship to international destinations, US Territories, or international freight forwarders. This strict focus ensures the highest level of delivery speed and service quality.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We believe in transparent pricing. We offer Free Standard Shipping across our entire catalog for all domestic US orders.

  • Shipping Method: Standard Insured Ground (USPS, FedEx, DHL eCommerce, or UPS)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days after processing.

  • Shipping Cost: FREE

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has entered the carrier's system. The tracking number will typically become active and scannable within 24 hours of generation.

5. Address Verification

Please ensure your shipping address is fully accurate at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages or change delivery details once a package has been dispatched from our domestic fulfillment centers. We are not responsible for deliveries failing due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

6. Damages & Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, or if your tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received the item, please contact our Customer Care team immediately at contact@lumekore.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as visual verification may be requested by the carrier.
